  1. To the one who had listened to this …dont you think it easier to say building a successful business is to be a good leader
    Take care of your employees (imvest in them)
    Be careful how you spend money
    And finally Plan to the future grow ur business…Tecknologie,innovation..
    My advice is just get ur self a 10$ consultant from Ind/Af he will get u the work done..it a good book but it repeating the same information for 1 hour..😇

  2. Thanks for this very insightful introduction to business management. Throughout your chapters you layout the basic and advanced perspectives used in management. All topics are what I use on a daily basis. You are right as an executive one must use multiple tasks to run a successful business.
