Bitcoin, often referred to as “digital gold,” has more than doubled in value to $123,000 over the past year.
Australian bitcoin miner Iris Energy, now listed on the NASDAQ after being rejected by the ASX, has seen its value increase tenfold in six months, surpassing that of Qantas.
Gold and silver are also hitting record highs, while the US market remains stable despite the government shutdown.
