Sapphire Cardholders Can Get 5,000 Courtesy Points

🔃 Update: Some reps are saying that today, February 13, is the last day to claim 5,000 courtesy points.

On February 10, 2026, Chase Sapphire cardmembers had the opportunity to buy FIFA World Cup 26 tickets. However many people had issues with this sale and were getting stuck in the initial loading screen.

I had the same issue, and kept getting kicked off the queue. After a while I was able to get my unique link but by them all tickets were gone.

Now Doctor of Credit reports that Chase is giving out 5,000 courtesy points to Chase Sapphire Reserve and Chase Sapphire Preferred cardholders who encountered this glitch. This probably won’t last long as more and more people call in, so I would do this right away if you have the time. A couple of our Facebook Group members just did this now with a call that lasted about 5 minutes. It was an even shorter call for me, but a 5-10 minute wait to get a customer service specialist.

You need to call 800-436-7970 and complain about this loading screen and getting kicked out of the queue.
