Capital One Shopping Referral/Signup Bonus
🔃 Update (Feb 24, 2025) – Capital One Shopping is now offering an $80 referral and signup bonus. You get the bonus without even making a purchase. Additionally, you can now earn up to $1,900 in referrals. That’s a big boost from the previous limit of $500.Â

This is an amazing bonus for Capital One Shopping and for any shopping portal in general. If you do not have an account yet, this is the best time to sign up and get $200 for your holiday shopping. It gets better if you have the $200 referral yourself, as you can invite your family members and they also get $200.

Original article: Capital One Shopping has increased the referral bonus for current members as well as the signup bonus for new users. You can now earn $30 with every referral and give your friends and family members the same bonus.
Here’s how it works:
- Sign up for Capital One Shopping or log into your account
- Get your referral link here
- New users need to sign up through the link, install extension and spend $10.
- You then each get $30 in Shopping Rewards.
You can earn up to $300 in rewards through referrals. And as a reminder, you do not need to be a Capital One customer in order to create a Capital One Shopping account.
Important Terms
- This offer is available only for Refer-ees who are new Capital One Shopping users (real people who do not have [and have not previously had] a Capital One Shopping User Account).
- For either the Referrer or Refer-ee to be eligible for a referral bonus, the Refer-ee must install either the Shopping desktop or mobile extension in their primary browser with full permissions, and on a device in which the extension has never previously been installed.
- The Refer-ee must install the Shopping extension within 7 days of creating a Shopping User Account using a referral link.
- The Refer-ee must then regularly use the Shopping extension and shop as they normally would, on their primary browser and with full permissions granted, for 90 days following the installation date.
- The referral bonus will be automatically applied to the relevant accounts within 30 days after the Referrer and Refer-ee have satisfied all requirements.
- Uninstalling the Shopping extension or changing its permissions at any time during the trial period will prevent both the Referrer and Refer-ee from receiving a referral bonus.
- To be eligible for this offer, both the Referrer and Refer-ee must be located in and reside in the United States.
- The Refer-ee must also provide a verified, unique email address, and complete their Capital One Shopping User Account. Additional identity, location, and other eligibility verification may be required. I
- Capital One Shopping users may only earn up to $1900 in referral bonuses from the referral program.
- Capital One Shopping reserves the right to withhold, deny, or cancel any referral bonuses and/or Shopping Rewards and/or to terminate Capital One Shopping User Accounts if Capital One Shopping, in its sole discretion, deems any attempt to redeem a referral bonus to be fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with any terms and conditions that accompany this offer, our Terms of Service or any other applicable law or regulation.

A nice bonus for those who don’t have a Capital One Shopping account yet. We see some great deals from this shopping portal from time to time. So it doesn’t hurt to have an account and also earn this easy bonus. Once you have you account, you can also refer others to join and earn $80 for every referral.
