Legendary investor Paul Tudor Jones joins Patrick to discuss his 50-year career in markets and his philosophy on life. Paul contrasts the intense life of a trader with that of a long-term investor, sharing lessons from the 1987 crash, the 1980 silver collapse, and his evolving appreciation for Warren Buffett. He details his rigorous daily routine, his macro outlook on the current debt bubble, and his urgent concerns regarding AI safety and regulation. Beyond finance, Paul reflects on the founding of the Robin Hood Foundation, the transformative power of kindness, and his advice for the next generation on finding significance beyond their careers.

BTC is inflation hedge? 😂 Where was BTC at w/ 9.1% CPI?
He turned out to be dead-wrong about BTC & some other markets considering his CNBC interviews some months ago!

PTJ a legend
I don't get how a smart guy like Paul can say Bitcoin is great inflation hedge. It may have worked so far, but bitcoin is just an idea with zero value or about $1.20 intrinsic value. It's probably less valuable than a tulip which had the same effect in Holland back a few centuries ago…
I’m sorry but he’s a Fool to trust Government(s) can be trusted re AI.
I really like the idea making a law on watermarking AI content. I think that will happen in China soon
America is not short of great men. It is not hard to assume that the President is the best what USA can offer.
As a retired person, I can say that being debt-free is paramount.
When I retired I had considerably less than $1.46 million, but I have a very comfortable, low-stress retirement. Cheers!
Who came here from Nairametrics: Drinks n mics after one of the guest spoke about it😅
Pay it forward.
PTJ is such a legend. And a humble guy.
Great interview – Poul really bringes it. The editing is a bit aggressive to me through – ALL silent parts cut out.

Great fan of Paul
An amazing gentleman and learnt a lot about investment
wow 🙂 , 🙏
I'm gonna push back a bit on Paul's significance as a trader. Had he not been as successful he would not have been in as strong position as a family man.
Wow! One of the best interviews and content I’ve listened to on YouTube. Love Paul. So down to earth and grounded. Great job both and thank you for sharing this.
