  1. this is really helpful!!! does anyone know if we need to explain thoroughly the problems the firm is having for all business functions in the 17 marker? or are we just briefly introducing it and giving the solutions since IB said students write too long intro and repeat too much from Q1 &2?

  2. Hi, I did not understand how the first challenge answer in the second question can be appropriate because using natural ingredients and sustainable packaging is the unique selling point of the company and it is also mentioned in the answer that it has increased rapid growth in sales so how is it a challenge exactly because these pros kind of outweigh the other small challenges mentioned

  3. Hey just thought you should know for the coming years, they changed the format. for M25 for question one, you aren't allowed to use maslow, also they specified it for employees, and for question 2 the challenges are specific, like one finance and one hr etc. Also they specify which resources to find the challenges in. Its a bit more difficult and an important to know that there could be a lot less freedom

  4. Question about the 2 marker! Does the motivational theory have to apply to the goods/services the company provides, or can i talk about employees? i really don't understand how i can use any other motivational theory other than maslow's for any of the P3 i practiced

  5. Thank you sm, I got 18/25 marks in my first mock so hopefully knowing how to answer I do better, could you please let me know a bit more how can I structure my conclusion. Is it like recomendation and what will fix or how can I frame it?

  6. Hey, first of all thank you so much for the video, literally my exam is tomorrow. Kind of off topic, and I do not really know if this too simple, but how many advantages or disadvantages do you recommend for example in a six mark question? How many concepts per marks?

  7. Would repeating the same business function problem an issue for question 2? If I identify 2 different issues concerning financial stepback would that penalise in some way?

  8. should the solutions we mention in the 17 marker only address the challenges in the 6 marker or should we add extra challenges and extra solutions if there are any?

  9. Heyy, how do we implement the tools in the 17 marker, I'm soo confused, it says to include tools in the marking scheme and our teacher wants us to include at least 5, how do i do that properly?

  10. Hello, we were taught the structure of following a 5 year plan, where we would recommend something that the business would do each year – and each year they would tackle a challenge. Would you reccomend this structure? It tends to not have much of connect with the 6 marker, and also we explain or mention as many issues as possible. Your advice would be very helpful, thank you! (also the video was soso helpful)

  11. We were taught to approach the 17 marker with for example: Financial plan of action, Marketing plan of action, HR plan of action, style. Would that still work? ANd also, we were actually told that at some teacher training, they were told that commenting on the limitations of the case study is absolutely crucial, yet here I am finding out I dont need to do it at all?…
