  1. Rentals as long as location is good is a good investment. Start where you are at. Start with your level., people need housing just like they need to eat. So brick and motar and food

  2. Banks and insurance companies are part of the networks that own the financial systems, so they don't need to own real estate because owning the financial systems is just sufficient that they can can afford anything (Remember how in the past during the economic crisis many big corporations were bailed out and not allowed to collapse, but not the ordinary citizens). The citizens who are merely participants within the financial system need to outrightly own or leasehold real estate because it is the only asset class that can better safeguard their capital despite being low on ROI. Business is extremely unpredictable. A slight shift in the market can cause your entire investment to be lost within a short span, such as a loss of product demand due to unexpected new trends, a shift in consumer preferences or the economic crisis. The same goes for cash stock as a form of capital store. Cash is extremely volatile that it can be easily lost, defrauded or devalued. Real estate is very important.

  5. real estate for rentals does not have a good return on investment but can be a store of value and a hedge against your health and economic ups and downs of a country you live in.

  6. Chances of corrupsing in running business are high.and when you get old it becomes history.
But lentles you keep on collecting money even if you start moving with a walking stick.even your generation will come and eat.

  7. Bro is so funny 🤣🤣🤣 Why does that song sound Nigerian though 😂 By the way, you don't need all the things he suggested, all you need is having authentic papers to be here in South Africa and then behave within the laws of this country, that's it 🤷🏾‍♂️

  8. Hon Ndindi this is what you should concentrate on. Forget Politics it is a very tricky, deceitful, deadly and dirty game. You can’t be a politician and serve God. Unless you live with a priest so that you do confession twice a day when you wake up and before you go to bed
