I was also a recruiter for 20 years. I created a video to help with virtual interviews –> https://youtu.be/YPBNV_6lSIc this will 100% help you land the role!!
🤨cause we all have a week to prepare?
What stands out most in interviews isn’t just confidence – it’s self-awareness. Knowing your strengths, your gaps, and how to talk about both without overselling yourself makes a huge difference.
Freezing mid-sentence was my whole problem until someone pointed out my interviews felt like auditions because nobody in the room knew me, every single one came from a cold application. Started using findwarmintros to find alumni and old coworkers at the companies I was targeting so I could get referred in instead, and the conversations went completely different when the interviewer already had context on me from someone internal. Same prep, way less pressure to perform.
The roles a lot of people are playing, doesn’t show always impact
Next week I have an in person interview for financial reporting analyst role, omg super nervous but I really want join their team.
got zero info from this lol
Thank you so much.
99% of the time it's all about who you know and not what you know.
What is a job?
How the hell am I supposed to explain how I saved the organisation? I graduated three years ago with a computer science degree and am stuck in a call centre. I have barely any reponsibility because my manager won't give it to me.
Super Helpful!!
Tax Abuse.
Who are the victims of Tax Abuse?
Who are the perpetrators of the abuse?
How do they manipulate the victims of tax abuse?
Why is overtaxation not a criminal offense just as serious a crime a tax deficiency or underpayment of tax?
Where tax liability, could be quite varied and highly dependent upon situational context and not simply a one size fits all solution.
More generally or broadly speaking,
When this notion of overtaxing people to the point of imposing tax debt on individuals, or targeting specifically demographic minorities in a state to unfairly discriminate and marginalize or punish them disproportionately higher burden of

Government
The relation between the people and their respective governing bodies, should ideally be in mutual assent or agreement, not a exploitative regime to extract wealth, money, assets, resources, private property and equity from those who were not complicit in the allegations, purported to have transpired under some theory of law or practice
It was really insightful, thank you!
The persons implementing these one way interviews have generally not undertaken one before (more senior/format relatively new), only within the team/organisation if that. Very common is mental blank from the un-natural read a question and respond to screen – I guess O.F performers are well adapted to this format…doesn’t necessarily mean the right person is being chosen to progress to the next level (it’s purely to save the company time, money, convenience).
Been using Jobbyo for my search lately and just landed an interview for two weeks from now! 🚀 Honestly, the auto-apply feature is a total lifesaver—it’s been pulling in some really high-quality listings I probably would’ve missed otherwise
We are only in April and I have failed 5 interviews already. I tend to freeze mid sentence and my brain goes blank.
To me none of this makes you "stand out". It is just advice on giving a good interview. At more senior levels everyone will be giving good quality interviews, so you will not stand out by doing any of this. I was looking for pointers on making connections with the panel or something that will keep you in their memories instead of fading instantly after you leave the premises.
I've been using Jobbyo recently for job search, it's actually been really helpful so far
You're generally right, but at the highest level of development, you don't need to do that.
Of course, it's a „double-edged sword”, but a positive one,
because it works positively in the most advanced companies (intellectually/culturally), but negatively among „simple minds” and in cultural Middle Ages (small loss, aside from a momentary waste of time).
For example, in Germany I got an offer for a managerial position after 15 minutes (but the pay was too low and it didn't fit my strategy), while in Poland they rejected me for the lowest managerial position in a dumb company.
Those are the facts, and if they're uncomfortable for someone?
Well… that's how the world works ;)))
Great advice, thank you for sharing.
Even if you do all.thede things, they might not hire you because these processes aren't designed to be fair
Internal hires always win
I have been using jobbyo for building my resumes and it's very helpful, you should also try it
I bet you this lady despises Trump. 😅
i like it
Its seems like Talent agents within organizations are more focused on hiring the best interviewers vs. Top Candidates. Most talent agents with an organisation s HR division haven’t a clue about business and what is required to win multimillion deals. They aren’t entrepreneurs nor engineers and clearly not financially savvy. We need to get around these folks who are wasting time and advancing the wrong candidates.the best are disciplined, reliable, authentic, have integrity and are business savvy. The clever interviewer is often the weakest match. Wake up people! Stop with the twisted word games that aren’t authentic!
Sell youself first, show what, how to apply to organisation benifit.
Great interview tips, very helpful for anyone preparing for their next job opportunity
Thanks for great actionable tips especially " do you homework!" – Amazing video
You talk about do this and do that but you don't provide examples, you always focus on what we should do for example prepare prepare. I need example to overcome those job interviews. I hope this make sense
So funny, love it!
Crossovers between niches (gaming + music, news + commentary) reach wider audiences
Commentary channels thrive on consistent topicality
