Our Verdict

A while back there was an offer for five free nights which some might prefer. In any case, I think a lot of people will find this $150 cash + 100,000 points interesting.

Someone seeking a fully cash bonus can, I suppose, hold the points for a year and then downgrade to the Bold and then cashout most of the points for a $750 statement credit to offset airline and Marriott purchases; the Bold card has a PYB feature. (Tangentially, that card has a direct signup bonus of 60,000 points + a free night, and has no annual fee.)

We’ll add this to our list of Best Current Credit Card Signup Bonuses.
