- Simmons Bank is offering a $900 bonus when you open a new business checking account and complete the following requirements:

- Have active digital banking

The Fine Print
- “Eligible Customers” (1) are business entities, excluding public funds, trusts, financial institutions, or political action committees; (2) must qualify for an Account in Simmons Bank’s sole discretion; (3) may not have an existing Simmons Bank Simply Business 50 Checking, Simply Business 250 Checking, Simply Business 500 Checking, Business Core Checking, Business Plus Checking, Business Pro Checking, Non-Profit Business Checking, or Non-Profit Checking account per the bank’s records as of July 23, 2025; and (4) must have received a specified promo code (by mail, email, phone or otherwise) and use the promo code at Account opening.
- First, open a new Business Core Checking, Business Plus Checking, Business Pro Checking, or Non-Profit Checking account using the specified promo code at a branch between July 23, 2025 and December 5, 2025.
- Second, enroll in Online Banking and maintain active Online Banking by accessing the Account via the Simmons Bank Mobile app or on our website at simmonsbank.com and again thereafter every ninety (90) days during the promotional period.
- Third, maintain the Account as open and in good standing (as determined by Simmons Bank) from the date the Account is assigned an account number (“Account Opening Date”) until the Bonus is awarded.
- Fourth, meet all requirements for one of the following Bonus tiers during one (1) (or more) of the first five (5) statement cycles after the Account Opening Date. A maximum of three (3) Bonuses may be earned within the first five (5) statement cycles after the Account Opening Date.
- Tier 1 – Earn $300 for the statement cycle Maintain an average daily balance of $15,000 or more during the statement cycle.1
- Tier 2 – Earn $150 for the statement cycle Maintain an average daily balance of $10,000 or more during the statement cycle.1
- Tier 3 – Earn $100 for the statement cycle Maintain an average daily balance of $7,500 or more during the statement cycle.
- All bank account bonuses are treated as income/interest and as such you have to pay taxes on them

I wasn’t able to find any mention of one in the fee schedule.
Our Verdict
For the full bonus you’d need a $15,000 balance for three months, that works out to be a 24% APY and worth doing. Will add this to our list of the best saving account bonuses.
