As for selling them, you can look for local buyers who will normally pay your spot price or very close to it. There are also online buyers such as US Gold Bureau for example, but you will have to pay $25 for shipping and insurance.
Costco Executive Members receive 2% in rewards for these purchases, plus you will earn your credit card rewards which should be at least another 2% cash back.
