Guru’s Wrap-up
If you’re a current Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholder, this is an easy way to earn Marriott status. Gold status is valuable for potential upgrade opportunities and getting a late check-out, but the benefits are not as exciting as the higher status tiers like the complimentary Platinum status you get with a card like the Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant Card.
