Absolutely understandable.
Nice video. Managing and leading people to help them succeed and achieve their best – is the highest management priority. More so the greater the number of people that the manager has responsbility for. It is acheived in part through a understanding of human behaviour at work; the presence of a positive working environment and the design of work.

hi. i had a question about this topic. in our business classes our lecturer divided the management process into 5 and he said in his opinion staffing is also a part of a management process. Our textbook still says 4 but our teacher says 5. i wanna ask is it okay if we also divide like that?
