  4. This is an old video. There are lots of views on what management is and they are all interesting with practical advice. However most seem to miss the main point that modern management is about helping your people to achieve their best in support of increased individual and organisational success.

  5. I feel lucky. There are people who have to pay money to attend these classes while what I paid for the lessons is just attention
    thank you so much for publishing your lectures online. I'm not a guy who is good at teamwork and management, but I have a desire for creativities. So I find myself stuck somewhere in between. Too many ideas to be nonmanagerial but too clumsy in management to be an actual leader. Welp, I've been a lead artist of a small team for a year now and after that time, my management skills improve quite slowly and sometimes I feel at lost. This gave me a hang of it and I may actually know what to do now.
