Savewise is a relatively new platform that does just that. I first came across this site earlier this year, and I have included it in my list of best tools for travel hackers and savings in general.
The site is similar to CashbackMonitor but it has a much better interface and offers many more savings options. Besides helping you find the best cashback or points offers, it also shows you synced card-linked offers to give you a full picture of the best savings options. It also has a browser extension that makes thing much easier.
It gets even better with the Savewise Pro tier. Not only you can sync offers, but you can also automatically add them to your cards. Most importantly, you can add Amex Offers to multiple cards under the same login.

I have been using Savewise over the last few days and it seems like a great option for those looking to maximize savings. The free version has lots of features already, so I would suggest checking it out first before deciding if you want to pay for the extras.
