SBI Branch Manager slapped by customer inside cabin – Finance & Banking Blogs

In a disturbing incident, a customer slapped the branch head of the State Bank of India inside his cabin. The incident occurred at the SBI Wadwani Branch in Beed, Maharashtra. The branch manager was assaulted by Dhanraj Rajabhau Mundhe.

What is the matter?

Customer came for signature verification for the firm. BM told them documents accordingly but while submitting the form they wrote firm name different for the account. BM denied for verification due to mismatch. Then all this assault started.

This incident has raised serious concerns about the safety of bankers. Such incidents should be addressed urgently, and the culprit should be arrested as soon as possible.
