Hey good people I have a chronic illness in my young middle life that probably could get worse with time. I have great habits to do whatever I can do for my body to be better. I've developed a bad habit the last month or so….I've been watching clips from CNBC business. Its amazing how everyday, they try to give reasons to people to sell their investments. Bail out. Its either one or both of two things. 1)fear gets clicks and/or 2) They're in collusion with the big hedge funds to get you to sell.

i dont judge dave but this couldnt be further from the truth. it all comes down to financial education. in 1971 money became debt and taxes meaning that money basicly became inflation. the actual inflation rate isn’t 3,5% as the banks tell you to keep you safe( consult a cpa and you will find out that the inflation rate is 8-15% annually) meaning that you lose money on the 5-7% that you blame from the index funds you invest in. you want real wealth then understand that eliminating the two layers of delution of fake cash is essential, taxes and inflation. first step you start operating in the corporate tax bracket of fixed 20% then you start offseting corporate taxible income ( Ccorp,Scorp, or llc stractured with corporate taxation) with depreciation tax credit on cashflowing properties. as you can tell by now investing in to an index fund isn’t even close from the truth. sadly most people understand that when they retire. the real wake up question is if you stopped working today how long could you survive. as soon as you make this question you will understand what investing actually is. i hope god bless you all and your families 🤲
