3. Earn 5x Choice Privileges points at Choice hotels. Earn 3x points on gas stations, grocery stores, home improvement stores, and on phone plans from landline and cell phone providers. And 1x on everything else.

Summary

This card is just so-so, especially Choice hotels are relatively low-tier in the US. If you are really interested in Choice hotels, you can also consider applying for Wells Fargo Choice Privileges Select which has higher welcome offer and better benefits, and then downgrade to this no fee card if you don’t want to pay the annual fee.
