  1. Isko kisne coach banaya. Wtf of competition agreement. Paise dekar kharid nahi liya employees ko. Work culture aisa banao ke employees kahi pe jaye nahi. And "Ek bande ko sab kuch mat sikhao" bhai tu kayeka coach he. Asli leader woh he jo apni members barobar se groom kare.

  2. I came to listen full video, but what said in Video About Non Compitition Agreement is totally wrong, You should not teach people to take control over employees career opportunities.

  3. In my experience all these are present in some manager only, policies are not transperant, when used by employees, manager will manipulate and makes misunderstanding , some agreement are not valid,

  4. I don't agree, Control seems a bit negative word. In my opinion, a good manager is the one, who doesn't control the team, yet manager should guide team to walk on the milestone path together, so they can learn, and collectively get the goal as a team.
