Here’s how you can earn this bonus of up to $500 from CIBM Bank:
- Open your account (Acceleration, Classic, or High Performance checking) at your favorite branch or online with promo code 500FOR2025
- Complete the activities
- $100 when you use your debit card: Must complete 10 debit card purchases of $10.00 or greater each per month in each of the first five full calendar months following the month of account opening.
- $200 for direct deposit: Must receive one or more Qualifying Direct Deposits with a cumulative total of $200.00 or more per month in each of the first five full calendar months following the month of account opening.
- $200 for $1,000 minimum balance: Maintain a minimum balance of $1,000.00 in each of the first five calendar months following the month of account opening.
- Collect your Bonus(es)
Customer may receive one, two or all three bonuses, limited to one of each bonus per account and one account per customer. Maximum bonus per account $600.00. Bonus(es) will be paid within 210 days of account opening provided specific requirements per bonus have been met.

- Accounts closed within 6 months of opening date are subject to a $25.00 closing fee.

CIBM Bank is offering a bonus of up o $500 which comes in three parts. The requirements must be fulfilled each month for five months, following the month of account opening.
For every month during those five months, you will need to have 10 debit transactions of $10 or more, $200 in direct deposits and a $1,000 minimum balance. It’s best to open Acceleration Checking or Classic Checking accounts which have no monthly fee. Previously that last part of the bonus was $300 for a balance of $10,000+.
