hello i noticed that you round up your numbers during the steps and not in the end , so my answer would differ from yours by decimals sometimes by integers
For students that found the very last question confusing, you could use the present value formular where n is 2 years instead of 3 because we already know that after the 12th payment, only 2 years is remaining. 😊
