Account Basics
- $500 account opening bonus. See the requirements below.
- $0 monthly fee, no minimum balance requirement.
- Free domestic/international incoming/outgoing wire transfers, as long as in USD.
- Mercury is a fintech company, not a bank. Banking services provided through Choice Financial Group and Column N.A., Members FDIC.
- According to the official terms and current data points, sole proprietorships are not eligible, so this offer is only suitable for readers who already have a registered company.
Bonus Requirements
- You must be a new Mercury customer.
- Deposit at least $5,000 within 90 days of account opening to earn the $500 bonus. The terms don’t specify a holding period. In theory, keeping the money there for a day should be enough, but there’s no need to rush to move it out that quickly.
Summary
With just a $5,000 deposit, no need to tie up your money for months, and no annoying DD requirement, this $500 bonus is quite attractive! Readers who already have a registered company may want to consider it. For ongoing use, the main benefits are no monthly fee and free USD wires.
