  1. An observation on your discussions on what you are spending now (100k) at age 31 and what you will need at age 50 (200k), I find it way above.

    This is because now you have school fees but in retirement when kids have left home, you will scale down on both domestic and school fees.

    In my pedestrian estimates, a retiree now with no rent or education fees requires 70k to live comfortably. He will require a max of 120k in 15 years with inflation.

    200k is an overkill.

  2. so you are not liquid so that you can be guilt free when saying no to black tax……. but when they die you can be part of the harambee. Just have money to give when they ask. give and it shall be given unto you.
