Is IBKR bad for small amounts and beginners? My thinking is that I dont want to change the broker in the future if my savings go up.
This is exactly the type of videos that really helps general people and beginers!
Congrats for making this subject so interesting and full of important information,
You gain a follower !
I see Trade Republic coulb be a good choice even for Italy in relation of taxes, is it true? Thanks for the great video!
totally agree about trade republic being super smooth for beginners in europe this 2026, made setting up regular index plans so much easier than expected
What would be the best one for someone located in the Netherlands?
Best review. Thankyou.
N26 will cancel your account for no reason. The metal plan suppose to have telephone support but it doesn't. Unfortunately is not even good as advertised. Trade Republic doesn't have any issues with customer support any more.
make an update and desctop user review please
what about scalable
You can in fact, turn lending off in degiro
What about Freedom24?
Could you make a video on international European services vs local ones like Nordnet?
Glad I found your channel, very informative, as for a broker online I use invest Engine which allows you to fractionally invest in ETFs which I've found useful. There are others that allow fractional investing in the UK also.
Great channel 👍
Out of these platform which is the best for UAE?
How about scalable ?
If u live in Denmark and not sure whether to move in other country which platform will ne the best
Please which app is good for someone living in Portugal?
IBKR, no doubt
Trade republic not being available in all eu countries is a shame
Hello Tom. What’s your opinion regarding XTB?
Revolut might be worth another look as they now have full banking status in the UK and their size and reach has likely changed since you reviewed them on this post.
But otherwise really nice breakdown of the options.
I am a UK based Revolut client and have all my banking and investment through them. No fees for me and my experience has been first class so far.
Xtb, Etoro or Robo-advisers like Portu (CZ, SK, PL)
37:50 You can change the default page from news to portfolio and favourites which is really nice.
You can now turn on or off the securities lending at DeGiro in the Netherlands. They now also share the revenue coming off that with you (50%), which is fair and similar to Saxobank. I switched fully to DeGiro, only limited options availability, but beyond that, a more professional app than Trade Republic which won't show an orderbook.
What about etorro?
XTB 🔝🔝
In my opinion, A good filter in the investment section helps a lot to learn and assess stocks. Thats why i prefer n26 because i can explore inside for hours!
Revolut is closing their commodities service from 15th of June 2026 in Netherlands.
trader 212… they didn’t like that… an American 70ish living in South France permanently., although do have a legal American address & visit now and then…
Meanwhile, have enough trouble with E*TRADE dealing with dollars from here in France in spite of information just explained… E trades the dollars no problem to stocks, but won’t let me use ETFs from here! Meanwhile, most of my money is still in French euros chez CA. at about 2.4%… ie just treading water from present inflation… duh! Wanna put it to work… please advise or comment. Thanks!
how about XTB?
