  1. With the wars in Middle East and increased energy cost, I feel like ROI on REITs would fall, based on the increased operating costs, especially for Data Centres – which I had otherwise thought would do well based on increased demand with AI. Could you guys cover this please?

  2. Can you guys review PSA and PLD REITs and their valuations? They have the highest credit ratings in REITs, so maybe when credit freezes, they may be able to raise money with corporate bonds?

  3. 🎉 Hello from Germany, An interesting topic. The most important point: only buy what you understand. On my first visit to Singapore in 1987, I bought gold Panda coins, and it hasn't been a mistake to this day. I bought a few every year, and also some silver Panda coins, until 2015. It wasn't a complicated decision. History explains it well enough. The annual profit is sufficient for me. I wish you all the best.

  4. Thank Guys very much for doing this episode. Always get confused with all these options, period to redeem, limitations etc. now i have better understanding. ❤❤❤

  5. Since i bought 3 tranches of SSB few yrs ago @ yearly rate of at least 3.19% . I rather subscribe 11000 keppel reits Right issue shares @ 96cts last mth . Bought 10000 genting shares @ 71.5 cts last dec n today 8000 shares @ 72cts . Keppel reit 's mgmt had stated they likely 2 sell some assets to lower gearing ratio as they bought 2 new assets last yr . Genting yearly 4cts dpu per yr dividend yield is much higher than UOB , the bank unable to give out special dividends of 25cts for 2H25 😅

  6. you are right. i made this oversight as well on potential rights to hit on individual counters. so far have not need to sell others to fund rights yet. NOw, just guai guai buy CFA

  7. Why you guys only look at options limited to fiat money? T-Bills, SSB, REITs all which had 3rd Party risk. Last 12, 24 and 36 months, USD had depreciated by 80.5%, 153.9% and 186.6% compared with the oldest asset Gold. All Central banks are buying physical gold, what the smart money know we don’t? Be your own Bank, buy some real physical assets like gold, silver, land, farm, mines, house, non perishable commodity. To make money and keep afloat, all Banks will promote fiat based products to keep themselves profitable. Be the Bank ourselves and do what smart Central banks do not talk.

  8. Those platforms who offer auto sweep to MMFs, are there any transaction fees to it? Will I "lose" money if my funds keep getting swept in, then withdraw from MMF, and sweep in again?

  9. happy CNY guys, what if you have 5 mil in cash? where is the best place to put for dry powder? as ssb has a cap of 200k… does fds have cap? does super low risk income products make sense by endowus or syfe?

  10. Huhuhu.. SBS God of fortune juz knocked today… Will take Adam's recommendation, this Fri toto draw… If I kena, can join your fund? 🙂
