what about confidentiality of data ??
when i given your this same prompt to chat gpt it gave me model in excel and when i given the same prompt to claude it started running python code for ten minutes. PS: i am using free version of both
While this tool shows promise, so far, my biggest frustration is how quickly my usage limit is reached with the pro plan 😕
what about privacy and different excel documents that I do NOT want Claude connected with, that have passwords, etc. How do I make the delimitation between an excel where I want Claude's imput and another one where I do not want Claude connected at all?

Question: I have built an Excel workbook with 19 tabs for portfolio management. It includes "what-if" scenarios, macros, drop-down lists, sensitivity analysis, conditional formatting, charts, and many formulas and functions—all of which are adjusted for inflation and other variables and fully interconnected.
It took me a month to build, but can Claude do this from scratch? Also, can Claude fix or audit my entire workbook?
If so, which version or plan of Claude would save me the most time?
I'm a senior data analyst and that last use case is insanely powerful wow.

Free plan has limits to the prompt.
While using the free Claude plan, there is a session-based usage limit that will reset every five hours. Also, the number of messages you can send will vary based on demand, and we may impose other types of usage limits to ensure fair access to all users. Claude will notify you when you’ve reached your limit, or if your prompt exceeds the available context window.
EUR15 / month charged annually is the next plan with "more usage than free" – whatever that means.
EUR90/month is the Max plan.

Thank you. Can you use Claude to convert an Excel sheet with multiple sheets having data processing and cross linked formulae. It also has some goal seeks and VB macros.
