  1. Dear Tony, not gonna lie, you are saving my life! You are definitely my favorite teacher in accounting and Corporate Finance! Your videos helped me a loooooot!!! I'm a international student from China, and I am studying in Australia, to be honest, it's harder than I thought, but your videos just saved my life, they make everything I didn't understand in class very easy for me. Best wishes! Love you!

  2. Completed both financial accounting and finance course. Really great content. Wasn't bored even for a second very engaging given the variety of problems. Kudos.

  3. The accounting tutorial was helpful when i started CF I came looking for the video I didnot not find any
Good thing I never wrote the exam. I pushed it forward😂..Now I am offering CF course again, and boom, the awaited CF is here.

    Thank you Tony.
I want to ask do you have video tutorial for Auditing and controlling?

  4. Tony, I've studied corporate finances in my university about a year ago and I had to revise it again for an upcoming job interview. I have to say, you're an exceptional teacher. The way you have constructed this course, focusing on core components, backing them up with appropriate problems and explaining everything in minor detail is something that not many people will do! Thank you for being so awesome✊

  5. Working on a new concept, annuitization with growth and cash flows for bonds and stocks.

I always look forward to your videos for insights and I hope this video will be insightful study material.

Thank you for always posting great content.

  6. hello again. I try to learn finance with your videos. My finance level is almost zero 🙂
every day i watch couple of hours of your videos , all them are easy to understand , thanks for all.

I guess , I missed something in the question 4-3A . 4:08:20 .. you calculated the N as 20 by considering the semiannual coupon payments. However, i cant see any sign regarding "semiannual" in the question. Is that a special rule for coupon calculation. for example, perhaps there is a mandotory to have minimum two payments of coupon a year.

  7. thanks first of all for the video .
03:11:00 the question 3-15A – second question. : why didn't you increase t as 26 years and calculate FV again. Because, when do it, the result will be 327K usd instead of 324K usd.?

  8. Thanks Professor. You have followed through examples in details. I do have a question regarding 1-4A – Cash flow.
You said Cash flow from assets = Cash flow to creditors + cash flow to shareholders as Dividends.
However, when teaching us balance sheet, you mentioned Assets = Liabilities + SE
And SE is Dividends + Retained earnings.
A part of operating expense that is not paid out as dividends is called Retained earnings. You did not consider Retained earnings in this question at all to compensate for Cash flow from assets?
    Can you explain why? Thanks.

  9. Hi Tony,

I’m currently working through all the prerequisite courses for CPA Canada, and I’ve completed your full 10-hour Intro to Financial Accounting and Management Accounting courses — they’ve been incredibly helpful!

Do you have any plans to create similar full-length videos for Corporate Finance, Intermediate Financial Accounting, Taxation, Audit & Assurance, or Business Law? These would be a huge help for my next steps toward the CPA milestone.

Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge — it’s making a big difference for me!
