I'm making 73K with an associates degree as a respiratory therapist. However, I'm looking to switch to finance. RT pays caps out around the 5th year in the field regardless of how many credentials you add, but finance offers many more options with higher potential pay. Also, as an added bonus, I don't have to worry about catching TB. Infection control is a joke in most hospitals.

I’m trying to switch from AP to financial analyst. I’m hoping the opportunity arises within 12-18 months
I think about one of those that was interviewed makes enough to afford basic needs comfortably.
Everyone else is scraping by with those salaries in those areas, unfortunately.
