In this video, I show how to build finance dashboards with AI in minutes by moving beyond simple chart generation into structured, reusable dashboard systems. Instead of creating one-off visuals, we walk through how to design fully interactive, self-contained dashboards that are consistent, auditable, and ready for real financial analysis across reporting cycles.

You’ll learn how to build five core finance dashboards: P&L, revenue, cost centers, pipeline forecasting, and cash flow. Each dashboard is generated as a reusable HTML file with defined calculations and validation, so you can refresh it with new data every month without rebuilding anything.

All prompts, datasets, and resources used in this video are available in my free community in the description.

  1. Very nice video! Does it mean that i just re-upload the data monthly / weekly the CSV once i've built the dashboard and it will just update the data set again, then download the HTML?

  2. This video gave a really clear perspective on how AI can be used beyond basic charts to build structured finance dashboards. I especially liked the idea of reusable HTML dashboards that can be updated every month without starting from scratch, that’s a big time saver. The breakdown of different dashboards like P&L and cash flow made it easier to understand how this can be applied in real scenarios. It would be interesting to see a deeper walkthrough of one full dashboard build step by step, but overall the content was very practical and insightful.

  3. This is excellent, thank you! I want to make these for my clients. What’s the guidance to keep the data up to date? Do I need to re-upload each source data file once a month with fresh data, or can I simply append a row each month?

  4. Thank you so much for sharing! So these templates are on the web? Can we access them for free for the long term? Can we share the dashboard with other people? Do we own the platform?
