  1. Not true, its back fired so many times , the minute I admit it my fault our subordinates or colleagues or family treat it as not their problem anymore, and if ask how they would’ve contributed I got the responses like it not their problem,

  2. Self-accountability is basically the whole game with business finances too. So easy to blame the economy, the season, the market when the numbers are off, much harder to sit down and actually look at what you can control in your own pricing and spending.

  3. In my part of the world, if you take more ownership of solving problems, you're fucked more & make sure you're working till you reach your threshold. I don't know if it's only me or everyone feels the same.

  4. For anyone who feels overwhelmed by life and doesn’t really know where that feeling is coming from, Clara Hartley’s anxiety quiz might be worth trying. It could help you notice patterns that are easy to miss on your own.

  5. Hello there! I'm just commenting on posts, to share the love and grace of God with someone who might need it. I just want to respectfully share how real Jesus is to me; His overwhelming evidence, ways, and revelation just put everything into the right perspective.

To the one who's reading this, always know that you are deeply valued and with great purpose! You are loved!

You'll realize it more as you start a relationship with Him– the One who loves you the most. 💘

But how do we start a relationship with Jesus? Here's what happened:

We are sinners and are deserving to pay for it (we know it ourselves, we are indeed not perfect), that's what separate us from God. But thanks to the Lord! He offered His life on the cross to pay for our sins. We may know that, but not the implication in our life, here is what it is: You and I broke God's commands, but it is Jesus who paid the fine– that's what happened in the cross.

God loves you deeply that He doesn't want to be separated with you. He offered His life to save you! He wants to give you life! ✨

It is indeed a free gift given graciously by our Lord Jesus. And like any other gifts, WE HAVE A CHOICE whether to accept it or not. I hope you'll accept it too, it will be the BEST DECISION OF YOUR LIFE!

The only thing we have to do to accept this precious gift of salvation is to trust in Jesus as our Savior who saves us from our sins through what He's done on the cross, believing in Him as our Lord in our lives. And as a fruit of our belief in Jesus, we shall repent of our sins. He will forgive us, repair our broken relationship with Him, and we will have eternal life.

Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

    -John 14:6

How are you? Do you have a relationship with Jesus?

    Start it now! ❤

As you have your relationship with Jesus, let's desire to know Him more and closer! Read the Bible and know God more EVERY DAY (preferably starting with book of John and Romans), pray always, and go to a church that is close to God's truth!

  6. Bad things happen becaouse we create the right environment for them to happen. So many people who have experienced them tried to work in those issues after. Me,when I see a problem, I can not do anything about it. Why? For so many reasons. Personally, I started creating good things for myself so I can be happy and keep bad things away from me. How, in so many ways. When I think there should be build a bridge or a tunnel under the highway in an overpopulated area before an accident happen, everyone must agree. It is not about opening jobs, it is a way to get protected from what we have built or change lots of rules about driving. This is an example.

  7. This does work for most people, but when you encounter somebody that is deliberately not wanting to cooperate not wanting you to succeed, they will go to all links to make sure that they are uncooperative even when you do take accountability. Oh, they love that unfortunately I’ve encountered a toxic individual that I’ve tried these processes with and I’m here to tell you it doesn’t work. All you have to do is just leave.
