Job security fears are becoming a defining part of today’s workplace, fueled by the accelerating implementation of AI, repeated layoffs, and sustained uncertainty. Pew Research shows that U.S. workers are more worried than hopeful about AI in the workplace, and the American Psychological Association’s 2025 Work in America survey reports that job insecurity is significantly increasing stress levels for more than 54% of U.S. workers.
