  1. Hi!

Do you know of any low cost high yield index funds that become more conservative over time and have the same initial investment minimum of $1? I am located in Europe, logged into my Schwab International account, but have no idea where to begin on the international market.

(ROTH IRA and Schwab funds are only eligible to U.S. citizens or taxpayers.)

    Thank you.

  2. Target date funds in the UK are terrible, with a 25% allocation to the UK, which is outrageous since the UK represents about 4% of the world stock market. So I just invest in a global index fund

  3. This guy says he wouldn't invest in the SP500 when it's historically been proven than 95% of managed funds cannot beat it. This is horrific advice and can cost people quite literally millions of dollars. In some cases, even their retirement.

  4. This multi fund portfolio underperforms the S&P 500. Recommending this demonstrates you never compared the longitudinal performance of these pirtfolioreturns. I now question any recommendations you have on underlying investments. This was a horrible recommendation.

  5. Newb question, when you talk about investing 10% of your income, does that include 401k or is it just after-tax investments? I have my 401k set to increase 1% annualy, and am currently at 9%.

  6. What you said at the 20 minute mark applies this year even.

S and P this YTD is about 6.7 and a Target Date fund I have is 9.9 because international has been doing pretty well this year (also avoided that 15% ish drop at the beginning of the year)

  7. I choose SPMO, PFIX, SPHD, SPYD as standout ETFs to buy in 2025. By investing in equal parts of each stock, you can expect to earn a 3.8% yield — which is roughly 3 times higher than the S&P 500 yield of 1.2%. I'm seeking ways I could divest some of my portfolio, maybe around 260k, to include digital currencies. What's your take on that?

  8. This was so mind-blowing I tried to follow your process step by step and then I realized I had money in my checking which I've managed to save a little bit over $3000 in the past year alone and I never put any money into the brokerage part of my Charles Schwab account so soon as my transaction flips I'm gonna start doing my investing this week Thank you so much for all your help I feel like a lot of people just say yeah it's easy to do but to actually watch someone walk me through it that was definitely a time saver and way less confusion

  9. I would love to move into someone's house like this guy and get him to set everything up and train me in all of this. Get me into the proper road to a wealthy future.

    I love your videos!

I started a TFSA GIC account with RBC and had to pay 500 to open it. Im unable to set up a Save-Matic/Pre-Authorized Contribution Option until I book an appointment to open an investors profile.

  10. I would have loved to have seen u set up auto $5/month and then show how to increase (annually, with "extra found" money, etc) to that "magic" number of $583(?)… but u r awesome! I love ur way of teaching! I'm an accountant who can "interpret accountanese into English", as per one of my clients. I can't believe that as a single 16 yr old mom, I figured out some simple strategies tht you teach of $25/m into low cost funds (I serched for my 1% MER savings!!) here and there saved my ass so many times. And I saved up $10K for my daughter's university education of a nurse (she was 19 when she had her son and now her, husband and bank own two houses!)…I want to be just like her when I grow up!!!

  11. I really appreciate your dedication in each of your videos. No matter how bad the economic situation is, I still thank you for your sound financial advice. I initially invested $4,345 in cryptocurrencies, and since following you for a few weeks, I have $36,539 in my portfolio. Thank you, Norman vitalii , for helping me with my investment with your signal.

  12. I would love to see a video geared toward public employees with pensions. I have a pension that automatically employer matches and then there is an optional 503b… this is where I get a bit confused. Also, learning about back door Roth IRAs would be great. I’m already old and didn’t open one when I should have.

  13. Swensen had a ton of money in Private Equity — the Yale Endowment Fund was NOT THAT SIMPLISTIC! Just like Peter Lynch who rode the coattails of the 70's and 80's investing in RETAIL STOCKS like Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts! The same can be said about Ray Dailio's FOREVER PORTFOLIO…..

  14. This video was so incredibly helpful. I've been investing for years but I learned how to read what's going on in my portfolio and to research tax efficient investments as I've been trying to figure out what investments to put where (I've been maxing out both Roth IRA and 403b for at least 4 years now) as I have extra funds for my brokerage account. Grateful for what you do.

  15. Hey Ramit, loved the video—your investment playbook is like a refreshingly straightforward roadmap to smart money moves. By the way, I've been using ScoreBetAI lately for automating my sports betting, and it's been a fun, hands-free way to boost my portfolio like a tiny investment game!

  16. This is a great video and I really appreciate the step-by-step how-to shown in the Schwab account. Makes me feel more empowered when I'm in there with all the numbers everywhere!😅

  17. I thought about sharing this with my kids (late teens and 20s), then remembered we've been talking about all of this at length since they were little kids!
Still will probably share the video though.😂
