Netflix’s acquisition of Warner Bros. may not be a done deal just yet.

The bidding war continues as the offer from Paramount (PSKY +0.48%) could create headwinds to Netflix‘s (NFLX 0.11%) announced acquisition of Warner Bros. (WBD +3.78%).
