In 2004, my father had 45 lakhs, he didn't invest in gold silver real estate stocks, he ended up buying 10 trucks, thought that land might go 2x to 5x something but trucking business will give him way more returns. Presently he has never made 45 rupees in net profit out of trucks and our locality's nearby real estate has gone 100x!
