In Taylor's Differential Piece Wage System, there are two different wage rates:
✅ Efficient workers (who meet or exceed the standard output) → get a higher rate per unit
❌ Inefficient workers (who fall below the standard) → get a lower rate per unit
Example: Standard = 10 units/day

Worker A produces 12 units → gets ₹60/unit = ₹720
Worker B produces 8 units → gets ₹40/unit = ₹320

This is different from a simple piece rate system where everyone gets the same rate. The differential rates are what motivate inefficient workers to improve. I'm really sorry for the confusion there.
