  1. It’s hard to find good content in you tube. More so find content not made by AI. Thank you for opening people’s eyes about Taxes, because schools are certainly not doing in on purpose, just as we are not taught about money and how it works. The school system was designed by Rockefeller to keep people poor so they can benefit from workers.

  2. Tax loss harvesting and imputed interest taxes on such speculative financial strategies just seem as enforceable as taxing unrealized capital gains. 0:50 it doesn’t sound right

You stole my father business. Personal assets, you mischaracterized, maliciously prosecute baseless claims. You force him to pay for the domestic tv at perpetrated against him. You forced him to for crimes they committed against us.
You still insinuate that the things that have transpired thus far were justified in some alternate universal where, if the shoe were on the other food, it my ankles ankle wasn’t broken and the tens of thousand of dollars in damages wasn’t already enough, you go to j try to take everything from us, y’all been had took too much.

  3. Good video Sherman and I agree, tax savings involve taking advantage of explicit incentives in the tax code. We work with business owners and real estate investors every day to minimize their taxes and accelerate their financial plans. For business owners, timing is an important consideration as well and also why proactive planning can save our clients thousands.

  4. Oil and gas investing is typically restricted to high-net-worth, accredited investors, which excludes most people. I enjoy your content, but covering strategies that are actually attainable for the average person would be far more valuable.

  5. I truly give you an applause. Thank you for making your contents visibly appealing. I show this to my children. If you know, you know. The tax code is literally a manual on how to keep your money, yet most people would rather spend 5 hours a day on YouTube or TikTok than 5 hours a year reading the actual rules. It’s heartbreaking to see people bust their tails for 60 hours a week just to hand over nearly half to the federal government, while small business owners use the same laws to thrive. School let everyone down by making taxes an afterthought. We’re living in an era where we have all the information in our pockets, but zero concentration to actually use it. It’s time people realize that tax literacy is more important than almost anything else they taught us in a classroom. The lack of tax literacy today is a genuine crisis. You talk to the younger generation and many don't even know what a W-2 represents or the basic definition of taxable income. It’s not an accident that the most important financial document in a person’s life isn't a priority in the school system. They want you focused on your phone, not on the literature that explains how to keep your own money. If you don't take the time to learn the 'why' and 'how' of taxes, you’re just running in a dead-end circle while the government takes its 40% cut. Knowledge is the only way out of that trap. It’s frustrating to see the massive divide between the W-2 employee and the small business owner. Someone working 60 hours a week might technically earn a million dollars over a decade, but they’ll never actually feel it because 40% is gone before it even hits their bank account. Meanwhile, business owners who understand the literature are keeping the vast majority of their wealth and getting refunds on top of it. It’s all public information, but between school failing to teach the basics and the constant distractions of social media, most people are essentially 'scrolling' away their financial freedom. We’ve been conditioned to think our education ended at graduation, and the system banks on that ignorance. Wake up, America. They didn’t put a smartphone in your hand to make you smarter; they banked on the fact that you’d use it to distract yourself into poverty. While most people are losing hours to mindless scrolling, the people who actually 'know' are using that same technology to study the tax laws and financial literature that keeps them wealthy. The information is right there in your pocket, but the system is winning because it convinced you to use your phone as a playground instead of a library.

  6. I can't tell you how many creators have made the same exact video what the hell is going on did you guys all just copy the same extract script from each other lol?

  7. And then what the government intentionally collapses the economy like they did just now and during the housing market crisis stealing trillions from the "average Americans" ? Invest in what handing your money to the man who then controls whether you get it back?
