What is an MBA degree? More importantly, what exactly do you learn in an MBA program and why do employers seek out MBA graduates?

In this video, I’ll explain what you learn in an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) program and how it can make you more competitive in the job market.

An MBA is NOT a guarantee of any future career advancement or salary – it is entirely up to you in how you network, explore opportunities, and market yourself. An MBA, however, gives you a BETTER chance of doing exactly that.

  1. 🙌🙌🙌QUESTION: What do you think of the MBA degree and do you think its as valuable today as it was 10 – 20+ years ago? If you have one, did it meet your expectations as far as giving you the tools and credentials to advance your career? Leave a comment down below! 👇👇👇

  2. I wish I would have gone for my MBA as opposed to my JD. The fools who advised me thought that JD was more prestigious, yet I was the fool for not really knowing what I wanted lol

The JD is a specialized degree, that well valuable certainly, is meant for legal professions almost exclusively. There is a certain personality type that gets into law. Very anal. Retentive, very high strung, typically very low social IQ.

The MBA seems more preferable for management and business roles. In any situation. It seems more adaptable, although I heard recently that there were a lot of mbas out there so it wasn't quite as valuable as it used to be. I heard the MBA program however, and the people that are involved in that world are much much more enjoyable in the legal world LOL

  3. The big question to ask here is, are MBA degrees needed to excel in the career you seek? The chances of there being other alternatives that are ten times less than a MBA degree are astronomically high.

  4. Im starting to study an MBA at my 26 years old Im a little bit nervous since im in between a very creative person who like to get every possibility at sight and Im also very structured person when it comes to subjects that Im very experienced. I believe as many MBA students that a good outcome is a strong possibility from this studies. For any person who is deciding to study an MBA and has more good reasons than bad reasons, i'll just say just do it…I know personal experience is good, I know that one can make its own network if you play your cards very well, but get this to step in to a more technical level that it obviously get you in high position from the competence. I you think it dosent give you any good reason to study an MBA, it is more than valid to just step out and be realistic.

  5. I am not sure if MBA is right for me due to the Economics background I don't have.I have a BA in ''Bulgarian and English philology'' and I am looking for a MA program or online course in Public Relations or Digital Marketing.I think these programs are easier.
