I Think this Channel uses management and administration interchangebly! The “top-level-management” is administration! The other 2 layers ARE Managers! Some pepole, like this Channel, dont make a difference, and use the terms interchangebly, but it is often an important distinction to make! But aprently, colleges dont make the distinction, as this definition is aparently good enough to pass a class, acording to the comments!
