I just hate her confusing half indian half English Australian accent. So annoying
I am very impressed in you explanation; Simple and yet Comprehensive, coming from a novice like me? Thank you.
This is the kind of investing content YouTube needs more . Clear explanations, strong growth ideas, and Perfect if you're just getting started and want direction
I hate investing
I understand but what index funds should I invest in? 😢
Exactly the kind of investing video beginners need. Clear breakdowns, practical tips, and guidance that make getting started feel less overwhelming. More content like this is definitely needed on YouTube.
I'm 56 and have about $700k saved between my pension, Social Security, and VA benefits. My CFP a helped me build a plan that should generate up to 40% annual ROl for a comfortable retirement around age 60 without heavily drawing down the principal.
After downl9ading Plum… what next?
You have god giftrd personality
the perfect weapon – super smart, off the scale hotty, financially independent and someone I love listening to.
Couldn't concentrate (yet learned everything better than ever) because this woman is absolutely gorgeous!!!! Incredibly beautiful!!!!
You're absolutely right – the shift from understanding to execution is where most traders struggle. Plenty of people can read charts or recognize trends, but turning that knowledge into consistent profit requires structure, discipline, and a clear framework.
I’m still so confused, where to put money each month and starting seems complicated. What’s your opinion on doing this through a bank?
best education ever why is this not taught in school they are not good
REIT Higher tham Index Fundo, where? Example?
Great video, amazing, very informative.

I've learnt so much from you. Thank you for your videos 🙂
I am in Canada, will your system work internationally
Great video. Loved it. People understand food groups even less than the stock market, though 😛
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this content. Thank you so much <3!!! Starting my investment journey in 2026 <3!!
What is the best strategy to enter investing now for someone with more or less than $28k
Really appreciate you and your channel Nischa. Would love to hear your views on impact investing, ethical investing etc.
I am so glad that I started following your content! You explain so well!
Just retired Friday at 57! The majority of the time I saved 25% and also had side hustles as you mention. The trick for me now will be to switch to spending because saving is my way of life. To those out there who think it isn't possible, every little bit makes a difference long term. It's not too late to get started!
This is too good! Love your work. It's massively helpful.
Do you have a recommendation of what % of investment should go in what asset class? Like you said 5% is decent for gold.
A point on index funds/ETF's, be sure to look at the return in your home currency, sure the S&P returned 18% in 2025 in $ terms, but in Euro and GBP terms it returned just c.5% and c.8% as the $ depreciated so heavily post Liberation day.
When is your next investing class, please?
With the USD dollar being devalued through inflation & other countries moving away from the petro dollar plus USA Gov instituting greater controls over the financial lives of its citizens, how to invest internationally that can provide some protection against the ever-controlling USA fed government?
Hi, thank you for inspiring posts. I’ve tried signing up for accelerator classes but it took the money and that is all that happened?
Is there a video on Mortgage overpayments? Thanks
i tired to get the plum app but is not available in my region(I stay in france). not sure what
8:39 I really appreciate this table form; it helps me understand the problem quickly.
Nischa, I never comment on Youtube videos but your videos are so helpful to me and so many others who feel we 'don't understand money'. I'm in my 20s and my parents never really talked about money so even just year ago I felt like I didn't know anything. Your channel has really helped me take steps towards learning about money and ticking off some of my financial goals. My goal for 2026 is to start investing and your videos give me the knowledge and confidence to make that goal seem attainable. Thank you for creating content for complete beginners!
I am celebrating my 3 years of watching Nisha in Birmingham, discovered this channel while we was away, and here we are again 🎉
Fantastic Video ! Explains things so clearly thank you! Your collaboration with Steven Bartlett really resonated with me I wish I had acted on my finances years ago I had been so buried in work I didn’t even think what I could have done. I might be too late for the race now but surely going to try. Some videos on how to use platforms and which ones you may recommend, if possible, would be a great help too. All the best !
What are these comments?🤦🏾♂️
Any comments on Variable Annuity
Don't do ANY investing until after the AI bubble pops. You will end up losing EVERYTHING with the market crash it brings. Keep your money actually yours until then.
Hello, my name is Josh from East Africa. I am a regular listener of your podcast. I truly admire how you teach financial development in a clear and practical way.
I am kindly reaching out to ask if you would consider being my mentor. I currently earn 75 US dollars per month and I am determined to build myself from scratch, starting from zero, with discipline and proper guidance. Access to financial mentorship is very limited where I am, and learning from your experience would be life-changing for me.
Thank you very much for your time and for the value you share through your podcast.
